How much does steak cost at Red Sky?
Individual steak cuts range from 490,000 VND (Grass Fed, 200g) to 2,450,000 VND (Wagyu MB5 / Australian Wagyu, 500g). Japanese Kagoshima A5 Wagyu is priced at 1,850,000 VND for 300g.
Do you have set menus for groups?
Yes. The Meat Lover’s Platter (for 2-3 people) is 1,950,000 VND, the Chef’s Special Selection ranges from 3,250,000–3,550,000 VND, and the Wagyu Tomahawk (1.4–1.8kg, for sharing) is 3,900,000–4,900,000 VND.
Can I choose how well-done my steak is cooked?
Yes, from rare to well-done, according to your preference. For premium cuts like Wagyu, medium-rare is recommended to bring out the best flavor.
